About

I am an Associate Broker and Branch Leader for the Frederick office location within my company. During my many years as a licensed Real Estate Professional I, like many of the agents in my offices, have worked with Sellers, Buyers, Renters and Investors. I have obtained multiple certifications/designations and have used that knowledge to improve my skills for the benefit of myself and ultimately my clients.  Since 2014 I have successfully opened, grew, and lead multiple offices for my current brokerage. 

Because of my passion for training and coaching I hold multiple classes that include; contracts, general agent training, business planning and goal setting, time management and more. This includes the training of new agents and improving the skills of seasoned agents. 

As a branch leader of multiple offices in different counties I must keep my real estate skills and knowledge current to meet today’s market demands but also to educate and support agents working in very different market areas while using different contracts and addenda. As a contract compliance officer I spend time daily reviewing Maryland contracts and use that knowledge to add value to our agents business.

I hold the following designations/certification GRI, C-RETS, SRS, PSA, AHWD, e-Pro and a DEI Champion. Currently I service on the MD State, FCAR and GCAAR forms committees, the MD State Grievance committee and the FCAR Education committee.
