Advertising: Definition, MREC requirements: proper information, Code of Ethics, electronic/social media, team, Broker Supervision, Forms, RESPA

Escrow Funds/handing and disclosure: Brokers, Escrow Agents, Procedure for Buyer Terminating under Contingency

Common Ownership Communities: Homeowners Association, Condominiums, Cooperative Housing Associations, Discuss Reserve Studies & Funding in MD
